On the morning of August 16, 2024, a workshop on "Applying Artificial Intelligence in Early Childhood Education" was held with presentations and discussions at the National College for Education.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is ushering in a new era of innovation in education, particularly at the early childhood level. With its diverse range of applications, AI is being integrated into various educational tools and systems, including student progress reports.

Recognizing the significance of technology, especially AI, in education, the Central Pedagogical College (NCE), with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Preschool Education Department, the National College of Education is collaborating with Digital Power Media (DPM), the parent company of the Chích Chòe Education Ecosystem, to organize a scientific conference titled "Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Early Childhood Education."

Conference Objectives:

• To update early childhood educators, administrators, and lecturers on AI and its applications in early childhood education, contributing to the enhancement of educational activities in preschool institutions.

  
  

• To share experiences in applying AI in preschool settings, including successes, challenges, and current trends.

  
  

• To introduce software, tools, and digital learning materials that utilize AI in preschool educational activities.

  
  

• To provide a platform for lecturers, teachers, and administrators to exchange knowledge and experiences in integrating AI into early childhood education.

  
  

At the conference, participants will have the opportunity to explore and discuss practical applications of AI in nurturing the next generation. They will also share real-world experiences in integrating AI into lessons and lectures, such as creating interactive games, generating student progress reports, using voice recognition for engaging learning activities, and developing teaching materials from existing images and materials.

The conference is honored to welcome leaders from the Ministry of Education and Training, the Preschool Education Department, representatives from provincial Departments of Education and Training, leaders of universities and colleges for early childhood teacher training, and delegates from preschool institutions.

Practical sessions demonstrating the application of AI and technology in teaching, including three lessons using the Chích Chòe platform, will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hoa Hồng Practice Preschool, Hoa Sen Practice Preschool, Hoa Thủy Tiên Practice Preschool, and Mai Dich Preschool.
